Be the face of Entrust Bankcard, Arizona's #1 fastest growing company! We are hiring a Front Office Receptionist who will primarily serve as the first impression for all visitors entering the building. This is a long-term growth opportunity position for the right individual who enjoys assisting people and working on a variety of daily tasks and projects.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Greets visitors entering the building with prompt, efficient, and courteous attention.
  • Answer incoming calls & route them to their appropriate party or provide adequate information.
  • Transmits information or documents using computer, mail, or fax machine.
  • Keep front office tidy & organized.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Have 1-2 years front desk / receptionist experience
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality is a must.
  • Proficiency with both Mac and Windows platforms, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.
  • Availability Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written and verbal skills are required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
